Backed by nearly two decades of experience, he serves all of Southern Illinois, including the communities of Benton, West Frankfort, Christopher, Sesser, Du Quoin, Pinckneyville, Carbondale, Murphysboro, Carterville, Herrin, Marion, Johnston City, Harrisburg, Eldorado, McLeansboro, Mount Vernon, Centralia, and the surrounding communities. Mr. Levanti focuses his practice on estate planning, Medicaid planning, veterans benefits, adult guardianship, and probate.

Mr. Levanti is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Franklin County Bar Association, and National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). He regularly attends and participates in various conferences and meetings yearly to stay updated on changes in the rapidly growing elder law field.
Mr. Levanti is also very involved with his church and community. He is the President of the Saint John’s School Board and serves on the parrish council of Saint John’s Catholic Church. He is also Vice-President of the West Frankfort Library Board, member of the West Frankfort Rotary Club, member of the Benton/West City Chamber of Commerce, and a board member on the Franklin County EDGE program.
